Every person, team and organisation is different, which means the support I offer is always thoughtfully tailored to the needs, experiences and goals of those I work with.

Many of the challenges people experience during times of stress, anxiety or pressure are not simply about thoughts or willpower. They are often connected to how our mind and nervous system respond to life’s experiences.

Through counselling, hypnotherapy, EMDR, NLP, coaching and workplace wellbeing support, I help individuals and organisations understand these patterns and develop healthier ways of responding.

I offer counselling and hypnotherapy in Leamington Spa and online across the UK, alongside workplace wellbeing support for organisations looking to strengthen employee wellbeing, reduce workplace stress and create healthier working environments.

My work draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, creating a flexible toolkit that allows support to be tailored to the unique needs of each individual, team or organisation.

Counselling

Hypnotherapy

EMDR

NLP

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) explores how our thoughts, language and behaviour patterns influence the way we experience the world. It can enhance communication, emotional intelligence and confidence, supporting both personal development and professional growth.

EFT

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often known as tapping, combines gentle tapping on acupressure points with mindful awareness to help reduce stress and anxiety, calm the nervous system and support emotional healing and wellbeing.

Reiki

Reiki healing promotes deep relaxation and emotional balance, helping to reduce stress and support overall wellbeing for both individuals and organisations. By encouraging the body’s natural relaxation response, Reiki can help calm the nervous system and restore a greater sense of balance and clarity. 

Mobile and onsite Reiki sessions are available for individuals, teams and organisations seeking emotional wellbeing and relaxation.

Workplace Wellbeing

Workplace wellbeing support helps organisations create healthier working environments where people feel valued, supported and able to thrive. Through bespoke workplace wellbeing support and consultancy, organisations can better understand how stress affects the nervous system and workplace culture, strengthening employee wellbeing, resilience and sustainable performance.

Corporate Workshops

Corporate wellbeing workshops provide organisations with practical insights and tools to better understand stress, wellbeing and performance in the workplace. By exploring how stress affects the nervous system and workplace culture, workshops help leaders and teams develop healthier ways of responding to pressure while strengthening resilience and collaboration. Delivered in person anywhere in the UK or online.

Individual Therapy & Coaching

Between £50-£60 per session

Supporting individuals experiencing stress, anxiety and life’s challenges, as well as those seeking greater self-understanding and personal growth. Through counselling and transformational coaching, I provide a supportive and confidential space to explore what may be holding you back, understand patterns that may be influencing how you think and feel, and develop healthier ways of moving forward. This process can help bring greater clarity, confidence and resilience in both life and work.

Sessions available in person or online

Hypnotherapy, NLP, EMDR & EFT

Between £80–£120 per session
Sessions available in-person or online

These approaches support work with anxiety, trauma, habits, emotional triggers and behavioural change, helping the mind and nervous system respond more effectively.

A minimum of three sessions is recommended for each area you’d like to work on, allowing for more meaningful and lasting change.

**Hypnotherapy package of 3 sessions is available for £240 payable upfront. Sessions must be used within 6 months and are non-refundable.

Healing

Reiki Healing Session

£60 per session

Reiki energy healing promotes deep relaxation, emotional balance and overall wellbeing, supporting individuals in reducing stress and restoring a greater sense of calm and balance.

Corporate wellbeing days and team sessions available on request.

Workplace Wellbeing Consultancy

£695 half day | £1,195 full day (excluding expenses in applicable)

Supporting organisations in creating healthier working environments where people and performance can thrive.

This may include:

  • workplace wellbeing strategy and planning
  • stress awareness and nervous system education
  • leadership and team wellbeing support
  • guidance through change, pressure or organisational transition
  • improving communication and workplace culture

Delivered in person anywhere in the UK or online.

Corporate Wellbeing Workshops

£995 per workshop 

(excluding expenses if applicable)

Interactive workshops designed to help organisations better understand stress, burnout and workplace wellbeing.

This may include:
